Allison's adventure in yoga began in 2011. Yoga began as a physical challenge for her, but she soon became passionately addicted to the mental change as well. Allison then explored many fascists of the yoga practice, drinking in the thirst for more knowledge.
In 2015, Allison decided to take yoga teacher training to learn more and “maybe” teach yoga. She choose to do her 200YTT Yin Yang Ashanga Yoga training with Tina Lanzoni. In April 2016, she graduated and was transformed on many levels. Then started teaching later that year in the studio that she was taught in, grateful for the opportunity to expand her knowledge of teaching while working with and under the knowledgeable teachers at Evolutions Studio.
She believes that we should never stop learning or growing….. having found a path in yoga, Allison teaches with a true passionate expression that she wants to continue to learn, grow, and teach from.
