What is it?
Experience a sitting meditation practice that helps to center and bring peace to the mind. In this course we will explore breathing techniques to prepare your mind & body for a sitting meditation practice
Concentration and meditation techniques will be taught.
The student will learn the Art of Mindfulness, which is the practice of learning to live in present time.
Emphasis will be placed on a personal home practice because meditation is only mastered through practice.
Successful meditation transforms life, bringing peace, harmony, bliss (true happiness) and contentment into every aspect of one’s existence and interaction with others.
