FAQs: How to prepare for a yoga class

Before Class:

  • Come to class well hydrated
  • With an empty stomach, if possible
  • Give yourself plenty of time to get to the Yoga Center and set up your mat

What to wear:

  • Comfortable clothing (ex: sweats, t-shirt, stretch yoga pants, or shorts)

(Avoid wearing belts or straps at the waist line, non-stretch Denim, dresses or skirts, large or excessive jewelry)

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat (if you have it, the center has extra mats) 
  • A large towel
  • Water bottle
  • Form of payment (cash or check only)
